Mr. Carbonaro has ten years investment banking experience and previously served as Vice President, Corporate Finance for a national Canadian investment banking firm. Mr. Carbonaro also holds senior management securities licenses in the United States and was responsible for establishing and building a FINRA member firm with offices in New York. Mr. Carbonaro has extensive experience in risk management, private placements, public offerings and corporate structuring for clients in various international sectors. |
